Fix the most common issues in 5 minutes

If something looks wrong, start with the quick checks below. Most issues come down to account access, permissions, filters, or payment status.

Refresh and re-login

Log out, close the tab, and log back in. Then try again. This resolves most session issues.

Check filters and time ranges

Pipelines and dashboards often default to a filter. Clear filters and widen date ranges.

Confirm you are in the right workspace

If you have multiple companies or recruiter orgs, switch workspaces and verify your role permissions.

Verify notification settings
