PLATFORM UPDATES
What's New on Splits Network
A running record of platform changes, new features, and improvements. We ship on a two-week cadence. Everything significant lands here.
2026 Changelog
Major releases and meaningful improvements. Minor patches and bug fixes are tracked in the developer changelog.
AI Match Scoring v2 — February 2026
Rebuilt the candidate-role matching engine from the ground up. Match scores now include a four-category breakdown: skills alignment, experience depth, location compatibility, and compensation fit. Scores are explainable — every recruiter and hiring manager can see why a candidate ranked where they did. Average placement accuracy improved by 18% in beta.
Shared Pipeline Views — January 2026
Companies and recruiters now share a single, synchronized pipeline view. Stage changes by either party appear in real time for all authorized users. No more parallel tracking in separate tools. Includes a full audit log with timestamps and user attribution for every action.
Stripe Payout Improvements — January 2026
Recruiter payout processing migrated to Stripe Connect Express. Payouts now release within 24 hours of the guarantee period end — down from 3–5 business days. Earnings dashboard redesigned with projected payout dates, pending balance breakdown, and full payout history export.
Greenhouse Integration — December 2025
Greenhouse is now supported as a bi-directional ATS integration. Roles can be imported directly from your Greenhouse account. Candidate submissions and stage updates sync back automatically. OAuth-based setup takes under five minutes. Lever and BambooHR integrations are in closed beta.
Role Marketplace Redesign — November 2025
The marketplace received a full layout overhaul. Role cards now show fee amounts, split percentages, recruiter engagement count, and time posted at a glance. Advanced filtering by industry, role type, location radius, and fee range. Save searches and get notified when new matching roles are posted.
Candidate Database — October 2025
Recruiters can now maintain a personal candidate database across all roles and submissions. Tag candidates by skill set, industry, and availability. Notes and interaction history are tracked per candidate. Re-engage past candidates against new roles with one click.
“The shared pipeline view changed how our team collaborates with recruiters. We went from weekly check-in calls to checking the platform. Everything we need is already there.”-- Talent Acquisition Lead, Series C SaaS Company

02 -- HOW WE SHIP
Our Development Philosophy
Splits Network ships on a two-week cycle. Each release includes a defined set of improvements — features, fixes, and infrastructure changes — and we don't move goalposts mid-cycle. This discipline keeps our roadmap visible and predictable.
Feature requests from active users carry direct weight in prioritization. We track requests in the open and publish which have been accepted into the roadmap. If you submitted a request that shipped, you'll see it here.
Shape What We Build Next
Submit a feature request, report a bug, or join our beta program. Your input determines what ships in the next cycle.
